Supervised by Kana Sugamoto of "Traveling Rice Ball Shop". A blend of mineral-rich and flavorful sea salt produced in the lush natural environment of Yuya Bay in Yamaguchi Prefecture and akamoku seaweed, which is rich in dietary fiber and famous as a superfood. No chemical seasonings are added, of course. In addition, by mixing in smoked salt, we have achieved a "savory taste that is just like cooked in a stove."
