This product is made by blending mineral-rich and nutritious sea salt from the lush natural environment of Yuya Bay in Yamaguchi Prefecture with akamoku seaweed, which is rich in dietary fiber and famous as a superfood. Of course, no chemical seasonings are added. Furthermore, by mixing in smoked salt, we have achieved a "savory taste like it was cooked in a kamado."
